How OnlyScore works
OnlyScore is a deterministic, self-reported performance snapshot. It converts twelve answers into six 0–100 pillar scores and one weighted total so you can identify a practical starting point.
From answers to pillar scores
Numeric answers are bounded to the range shown in the assessment and normalized to a 0–100 scale. Category and five-point answers are mapped to the same scale. Inputs assigned to a pillar are then averaged and rounded. The same complete set of answers always produces the same score.
Energy
Self-reported sleep duration, daily energy, and normal-day stress.
Body
Weekly workout count and self-reported food consistency.
Focus
Deep-focus time, daily energy, and normal-day stress.
Discipline
Self-rated discipline and weekly workout follow-through.
Style
Self-rated confidence in style and grooming.
Money
Self-rated sense of control with money.
Weighted OnlyScore
The overall score is the rounded weighted sum of the six pillar scores. The weights total 100%. They reflect the current OnlyMens framework and are published here so the result is inspectable.
How the bottleneck is selected
The two lowest pillar scores are identified as the current weakest areas. That is a ranking inside your own response set, not a comparison with other men. The report uses that order, your stated goal, and your selected plan intensity to organize a short reset. It does not infer a condition or predict an outcome.
Important limitations
- It is self-reported. The result reflects the answers and ranges selected at one point in time.
- It is not a benchmark. OnlyScore currently does not claim population norms, percentiles, or comparison with a representative sample.
- It is not clinically validated. It is a general wellness and personal planning tool, not a diagnostic, screening, or treatment instrument.
- It is directional. Use the snapshot to choose a small experiment and review what changes, not as a permanent label.
- It is not financial advice. The money pillar records perceived control and planning habits; it does not recommend investments, products, or individualized financial decisions.
Editorial standard
OnlyMens publishes practical content under the OnlyMens Editorial organization. Pages show their publication and update dates. Material factual claims should be supported by primary or authoritative sources. We separate general education from individualized health or financial guidance and state uncertainty and limitations where they matter.
Changes to the model
If inputs, ranges, mappings, or weights change, this page will be updated with a new modification date. Scores created under different versions should not be presented as directly comparable unless the underlying model is unchanged.
Use the score as a starting point
Take the private assessment, then test one realistic change for seven days. The useful output is a clearer decision, not a perfect number.
