Digital product delivery and final sale

The OnlyScore Report is a personalized digital product. Once the report has been supplied, sales are final except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. We do not offer a money-back or satisfaction guarantee, or voluntary refunds simply because you change your mind about a correctly supplied report.

Effective date: 4 October 2026 (Version 2026-10-04). For any purchase, the policy and terms in effect at the precise time of purchase apply to that transaction.

Delivery issues, technical defects, and billing corrections

If you experience a delivery problem, technical defect, or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support through our contact form so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

If a payment succeeded but your report link was not delivered, first use report recovery to generate a fresh access link. If delivery cannot be completed or the digital content is defective and cannot be remedied, we will issue a replacement or appropriate refund as required by applicable law. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges are promptly refunded to the original payment method.

How refunds and remedies work

When a refund is approved or required by law, it is submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears on your statement. Report access may be deactivated after a full refund, while transaction and refund records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Consumer rights and statutory protections

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable consumer protection laws grant non-waivable statutory rights—including statutory remedies for non-conformity, defective digital content, or applicable statutory cooling-off periods that cannot lawfully be excluded—those rights remain available to you.
