1. Operator and acceptance

OnlyMens is operated by Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltd, Eurotowers, 2 Europort Road, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar. By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and scope

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. OnlyMens provides a private self-audit and general performance-planning information. It is not medical care, diagnosis, therapy, financial advice, or an emergency service.

3. Free audit and paid product

The free audit produces a deterministic score and limited result from your answers. The paid product is a personalized, deterministic 7-day reset report sold for the price shown before checkout, currently USD $19 as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. Taxes or currency conversion may be handled at checkout where applicable.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is processed on Stripe-hosted checkout. A successful payment creates an entitlement to the report. Access is normally delivered immediately through the success page and, when an email is available, an access message. Access links may expire for security, but a new link can be requested through report recovery.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the service only for yourself or with proper authorization.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service.
• Keep private report links secure and notify us if access appears compromised.
• Use judgment and seek qualified professional advice before acting on health, safety, legal, or financial matters.

6. Intellectual property

OnlyMens branding, scoring presentation, software, report structure, and editorial content are owned by or licensed to the operator. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and print your report. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale or public republication.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may make security, reliability, legal, and product improvements while preserving paid access and historical transaction records. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but results depend on self-reported inputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee a particular outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, indirect or consequential losses are excluded where legally permitted.

9. Refunds, privacy, and contact

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in a court that applicable law gives you.
