1. Who is responsible

OnlyMens is a product brand operated by Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltd, Eurotowers, 2 Europort Road, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar. For privacy requests, use our contact form and select support or other.

2. Data we collect

• Audit answers, deterministic scores, draft and report identifiers.
• Email address when you choose to save a result, buy a report, or recover access.
• Payment status, amount, currency, Stripe identifiers, and product attribution. Card data is entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and is not stored by OnlyMens.
• Privacy-safe analytics such as a pseudonymous session identifier, page path, first-touch UTM/referral fields, and funnel events.
• Contact and feedback form content that you deliberately submit.
• Security data such as a one-way hash derived from network information, user agent, rate-limit events, and service logs.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the audit, score, paid report, recovery link, and customer support.
• To perform a contract and process a one-time purchase.
• To protect the service from abuse, keep payment records, troubleshoot delivery, and measure aggregate funnel performance.
• To meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use audit answers to make clinical decisions or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Service providers and transfers

We use infrastructure, database, email-delivery, security/CDN, and payment providers, including Stripe for checkout. Providers process data only for the service they supply and may process it outside your country under their applicable safeguards.

5. Storage and retention

Drafts are designed to expire after 30 days unless linked to a purchase. Payment and entitlement records are retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations. Access links expire and can be reissued; the purchase entitlement does not depend on one permanent link. Contact, feedback, security, and analytics records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.

6. Cookies and local device storage

OnlyMens uses necessary cookies for session and secure report access. The audit can use local storage to resume progress, preserve first-touch attribution, and keep your private 7-day tracker on your own device. Clearing browser data removes local progress and tracker state.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also complain to an applicable data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request and may retain records where law requires it. Use the contact form to make a request.

8. Security and children

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted operational access, backups, and abuse controls. No internet service can promise absolute security. OnlyMens is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed to children.

9. Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated policy where permitted by law.
